Request for Expression of Interest- Ceremonies Production Services
The World Games 2010 Foundation, Inc. is seeking expressions of interest from individuals or organizations interested in providing Ceremonies Production Services for the 2010 Games.
The Opening Ceremonies will be held on September 25, 2010 in a 30,000 seat open-air stadium located at the world-famous Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky and should meet the standards established for similar opening ceremonies at major international events. The specific plans for closing ceremonies have not been finalized but it is intended that the same individual or organization will also provide services for this area.

Request for Expression of Interest- Temporary Seating
The World Games 2010 Foundation, Inc. is seeking Expressions of Interest from organizations interested in providing Temporary Seating for the 2010 Games. The Foundation will be adding approximately 23,000 stadium seats designed to supplement the permanent stadium with approximately 8,000 seats. Approximately 2 to 3 smaller temporary stadiums will also be constructed with seat counts ranging from 1000 to 7000 of both bleacher and seatback seating.

Request for Expression of Interest- Temporary Structures
The World Games 2010 Foundation, Inc. is seeking Expressions of Interest from organizations interested in providing Temporary Structures to be used during the 2010 Games as part of the Games Operations, a 400 unit Trade Show, a Hospitality Center, a Media Center, Public Restaurants and Sponsor Pavilions. These structures will include but are not limited to standard small and large tents as well as large customized temporary structures.

Request for Proposal- Equine Special Events
The Equine Special Events RFP is a request for proposals for equine exhibitions, demonstrations and other special equine related events. There will be a limited number of opportunities for world class equine events to be conducted in the Equine Pavilion during the 2010 Games.
