A message from the CEO Welcome to our first Games newsletter. As you can imagine, there is a lot of excitement and enthusiasm regarding the preparations being made for the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Lexington, Kentucky and throughout the equestrian world. We are exploring many phases of the Games and making progress in a broad range of areas-Awareness, Infrastructure Planning, Sponsor Development, Hospitality Planning and many logistical areas. The most asked question we get is "when can we buy tickets?" The short answer to that is “soon”. While you won't be able to log on, purchase your tickets and receive them in the mail anytime soon. You will be able to log on and make a deposit for specific tickets and dates. These deposits will establish your priority to purchase tickets once they actually go on sale and the deposit will be credited to you at that time. Our Games will require extensive support from people just like you and we are glad you have requested information about the Games. We will continue to communicate with you regularly and to keep you updated on our progress in preparing for the Games. Yes, we'll also let you know the minute our ticket deposit system is available. Sincerely, |
